Revfly helps local businesses collect Google reviews through branded feedback requests. Happy customers are directed to Google, while unhappy customers provide private feedback.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• Revfly may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Subscriptions & Billing

• Revfly offers monthly subscription plans (Starter and Professional).

• Fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis via Stripe.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Service will remain active until the end of your billing period.

• Refunds are not provided for partial months.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Revfly for spam, fraudulent reviews, or unlawful activity.

• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the platform.

• Misuse Google APIs or any third-party integrations.

Data Ownership

• You retain ownership of your business data and customer feedback.

• By using Revfly, you grant us permission to process this data solely for providing the service.

Third-Party Services

Revfly integrates with third-party providers (Google, Stripe, Supabase, MailerSend). Use of these services is subject to their own terms and policies.

Limitation of Liability

Revfly is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

Changes to Service or Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are significant, we’ll notify you by email or in-app.
